Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026 · MyHeadhunter is a product of SMCI Media LLC

MyHeadhunter is a product of SMCI Media LLC ("we", "us"). This policy states what information we collect, why we collect it, and with whom it is shared. If anything is unclear, contact us at the address in section 10 and we will answer.

1. Who this covers

  • Subscribers who sign up for a MyHeadhunter search
  • Visitors who are reading the site

2. If you subscribe

Your account: your name and email address.

Your search request: what you tell us about the work you want, such as job titles, field, places, languages, seniority, employers you would like, and roles to avoid.

Your job lists: which jobs you mark as applied or ignored, and how often you want the email.

These are your records. We use them only to build and run your search and to send you your job emails. We do not sell them, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not share them with employers or job boards. Reading a job board never sends your name or email address to it.

Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

We access your account only to build your search and to support you. If you cancel, we retain your account for 90 days in case you resubscribe, and then delete it.

3. Job listings

The jobs we show come from public job boards and employer career pages that permit it. They are business information published by the employer. Your page links to each employer's own listing; when you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies.

4. Emails we send you

We email you a sign-in link when you ask for one, the job email at the frequency you choose, and messages about your account and billing. You can change the job email to daily, weekly, or off at any time in Settings, and every job email carries a link to do so.

5. If you are visiting the site

There are no third-party advertising trackers, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site profiles on this site. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in, and nothing else. Cloudflare serves the traffic and keeps standard security logs.

6. Who we share information with

  • Cloudflare for hosting, database, and security
  • Google Workspace for our email
  • Stripe for subscription payments
  • Anthropic, whose Claude software we use when we build your search. The details in your search request are sent to it to find the right job boards and set up your search. Your email address and payment details are not sent, and Anthropic's terms do not permit your data to be used to train its models.

No one else receives personal information from us. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not license our data to list brokers or recruiters.

7. Your choices

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you may ask us to:

  • Stop emailing you
  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it, other than the records we are required to keep, which are payment records and the record of your consent to the subscription terms

Depending on your state, some of these are legal rights. We extend all of them to everyone who asks, in every state, without charge, and without any adverse effect on your service. Email us and we will act within 45 days.

8. Children

MyHeadhunter is intended for adults looking for work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The service uses no stored passwords; sign-in is by emailed link. Each subscriber's data is isolated to that subscriber on every query.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we email subscribers in advance of any material change.
